Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Prisma Defender (the "Game"), published by PocketLion Games, a division of Recognica LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and to the terms of the app store you downloaded the Game from.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the Game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Game's source code, except where the law expressly allows it
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or modified versions of the Game, or manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Interfere with the Game, its ads, or any connected service, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose
• Use offensive names on online leaderboards or in any content visible to other players

Ownership

The Game, including its code, artwork, music, sounds, names, logos, and all other content, is owned by Recognica LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. PocketLion Games, Prisma Defender, and their logos are trademarks of Recognica LLC. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Game.

Virtual Items

The Game may include virtual items such as gems, points, skins, and other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Game. You receive a limited license to use Virtual Items within the Game, and you do not own them. We may change, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items as the Game is updated.

Your progress and Virtual Items are saved on your device. If you delete the Game or lose your device, this data may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

In-App Purchases

If the Game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. All purchases are final except as required by law or by the store's policies. For refund requests, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

Advertising

The Game includes optional rewarded video ads provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Third-Party Services

The Game may connect to services such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for online leaderboards and achievements. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Prisma Defender Privacy Policy, which explains what information the Game uses and how.

Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update the Game from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or change gameplay. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We may also change or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time.

Termination

Your license to use the Game ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your saved data will never be lost. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recognica LLC and PocketLion Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or US $10, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Recognica LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the Game must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Game will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. If you live outside the United States, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country that these Terms do not override.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to play the Game after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
